Tyrell Junior Berberena, 27, of Malden and Marcus Carlisle, 25, of Lynn were among four men originally arrested in the case.

Russell Davis, 70, of Seabrook, N.H., had offered to mentor young boys.

Investigators have learned through conversations with family and friends that Andrew Robinson was depressed and having trouble sleeping, and was seeking treatment for physical and mental health issues from medical professionals in the area.

Judy Church, 64, had previously been arraigned in Newburyport District Court after being arrested in December. She subsequently was indicted by a grand jury and arraigned in Salem Superior Court on a first-degree murder charge.

The deceased were identified as Andrew Robinson, his wife, Linda, and their son, Sebastian. The incident appears to be a tragic case of domestic violence and murder-suicide. Andrew Robinson died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Shortly after 3 a.m., Andover Police received a 911 call. The caller gave the address as 48 Porter Road. When officers responded, they found three people inside, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

Jhovanny Martes-Rosario, 48, who worked as chief of staff to Lawrence Mayor Brian DePeña, pleaded not guilty during his arraignment in Lawrence District Court. He had posted a bond of $1,050 after being booked at the Andover State Police Barracks following his arrest Monday evening.

An Essex County Superior Court jury found Emilio DeLarosa, 38, guilty of first-degree murder for the 2016 killing of Wanda Rosa. The jury found DeLarosa guilty of strangling Rosa in front of their 4-year-old son, who’d been lying in bed with his mother at their Methuen apartment.

Kelvin Francisco-Perez, 22, of Lawrence was arrested Wednesday by Customs and Border Patrol agents and Port Authority Police while awaiting a flight at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City.

Adrian Isabel, 17, of Methuen surrendered to authorities on Tuesday afternoon. He was charged with murder in connection with the killing of Carlos Bello, 31, of Methuen.
