Juvenile Arraigned in Connection to Beverly Shooting

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SALEM, Mass. – October 14, 2025 – A 14-year-old male was arraigned today in Salem Juvenile Court in connection with a reported shooting that occurred in Beverly on Saturday, October 11. He was charged with armed assault with intent to murder and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury.

The incident remains under investigation by the Beverly Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit assigned to the Office of Essex County District Attorney Paul F. Tucker. As the case involves a juvenile, no further information will be available.

All suspects and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
